MINUTA — pendente de revisão jurídica | DRAFT — pending legal review

Terms of use

Version 2 · October 30, 2026

Adults, guardians and best interests

Yupee is intended for adults. Children do not create accounts. Anyone registering a child declares that they are a parent or legal guardian, or act with the guardian’s permission. The guardian specifically authorizes sensitive health data processing to organize care and must assess the child’s best interests before recording, inviting or sharing. Electronic attestation does not replace verification of guardianship when necessary.

Organizing care, without diagnosis

The app organizes records and supports follow-up. It is not an emergency service or a substitute for medical assessment. AI extraction of prescriptions, vaccines and exams can be wrong; review every fact, dose and unit before saving or using it. Do not make clinical decisions solely from the app. Seek local care in emergencies.

Account security and permissions

Protect your sign-in codes and review caregiver and doctor links. Grant only necessary access and revoke it when its purpose ends. Do not post identifiable health information in the community or attempt unauthorized access. The app records minimal evidence of access and changes for security, without copying clinical content into audit logs.

Rights, account closure and new versions

Profile > Privacy and data provides JSON export, a PDF summary, correction, withdrawal and deletion. Relevant new versions require acceptance again, while export, withdrawal and deletion remain available. Withdrawing the consent needed to keep health data may prevent continued service; request withdrawal and deletion through the account flow or privacy contact. Your statutory rights, including LGPD and consumer rights, continue to apply.

Optional group sharing

Milestone sharing is optional and starts off. After you authorize it and accept each group’s notice, members can see the first name, title, date, category, note and photo of milestones. Do not include intimate or health information. Withdrawal stops new reads; the app cannot recover copies already made by others.

Usage data

Usage analytics with Himetrica is optional and starts disabled. We only send generic actions after your permission, without names, contact details, account IDs or health content. We use temporary random identifiers with no link to your account. We do not send full URLs, searches or document titles. As with any connection, the provider receives the source IP. You can withdraw permission in privacy preferences or your profile; new sends stop immediately. In the app and portal, the choice is recorded in your account; signing out stops sends on this device and signing in restores the server choice. On the website without an account, the choice applies to this device. Withdrawal does not delete data already received by the provider.

Data protection contact

privacidade@yupee.app

privacidade@yupee.app is the provisional data protection contact, pending operational validation and legal review. Identify your account and request; do not send medical reports or health documents in your first email.
